Contact Form Clone

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has a Contact Form Clone that would get me started?

I want the clone to do exactly the same as the existing contact form but I want to construct the email message from a couple of text boxes. I know how to do the code, I just can't seem to clone it correctly.

Were you able to get the clone to work? I am having a hard time getting it to work. Did you have success?
