Settings to Change Avatar Label and File Name

Hi Joe,

Got two low priority requests here from some clients using mojoPortal for their intranets.

If we could change the label used for "Avatar" from a setting (web.config is fine) it would be great. I've had a couple clients request to change Avatar to Photo.

Additionally, a setting for the pattern of the photo file names to the user's "name" because then it is easy to find a user's photo for use in content.
