The default file manager in the Admin bar doesn't support multi-files upload. The alternate file manager can upload several files but cannot upload sub folder at the same time. Is this by design or I missed some configuration?

The older alternate File Manager can use NeatUpload which supports multi file selection using Flash.
The newer one is based on Qtfile, and the way that one works I could not integrate NeatUpload, so it does not support multi file selection.
