For the contact form I can not seem to find a way to use an existing e-mail account to use for authentication.
Does the contact form support using a specified account to send with (I mean that I input the username , password, host)

You need to specify that information in the SMTP configuration in your web.config/user.config file, not at the contact form instance level. See the Email Configuration document for details.
