Hi Joe,
i have this problem... my sites working on 2.3.5.8 works well, upgrading to 2.3.6.7 always when I hit on ? the hole site "goes down" and the help window appears at the top unformatted and I can edit it !!
The skin is made with Artisteer 24. I've tried to insert in theme.skin what you have suggested in topic "upgrading skin" (see below), but nothing changes.
Do I have to do something else ??

I've just emailed you back the skin you sent. I only made changes in theme.skin. The changes I made are the same as what you posted, ie the changes mentioned in the sticky thread about skin changes.
You said you made those changes but they were not in the file so maybe you were editing a different file.

Update your skin was also missing the colorbox css from style.config. This is also mentioned in the sticky thread. I just sent it to you again with the needed change in style.config
