That is a good point. The file uploads are a relatively new feature in Form Wizard and currently if configured they are required. I will add a feature request in our project tracker and try to get that into the next release of Form Wizard Pro.

Great timing...  I was just having the same file upload issue with Laurena's Form Wizard Pro.  Thanks.

I would like to point out something that happens after Form Wizard Pro sends the email and uploads the files and is complete.  I am returned to the same form where I started using the form with only the Form Wizard Pro feature tile showing.  The rest of the page is blank.

I have 2 issues with this.

1) There is no message saying the form was sent successfully (though it was.).

2) I also had 2 other features on this page including the Web Store Feature.  They do not display now and I must re-select the page to see them again.

I can work around this, I just wanted to run it by you.

Just realized "I'm bad" adding new issues to related topic.
