I was able to complete all the steps explained here

But while clicking on the UI buttons and drop down links are giving me java script error.

Microsoft JScript runtime error: Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: An unknown error occurred while processing the request on the server. The status code returned from the server was: 405
Got workaround with it using
http://localhost:port/default.aspx in dev
by reading forums and docs please ignore it
