The iFrame module was specifically designed to leave out the typical module styles so that you can make the iframe blend into the page seamlessly by setting it to not show the title. But there really isn't much to the iFrame module, you could easily clone it and modify it as you would like. You could compare it to the hello world examples to see what you needed to add in order to get the typical module styles, or you could easily build your own from scratch by starting with the hello world example code.
