Yes, there are plans for this but I cannot offer a timeline of when those improvements will happen. Currently the development of WebStore is primarily driven by my own needs for the mojoPortal store. I don't advertise it as a full featured ecommerce solution, it is useful for me and it may be useful for others with similar needs, so I make it available. Eventually it will evolve into a full featured solution, but it will take time to get there.
