I have downloaded mojoportal many times but I am receiving this error when I try to do a CLONE:
destination directory: mojoportal requesting all changes adding changesets adding manifests adding file changes transaction abort! rollback completed patch cannot be decoded
[command interrupted]
I would try cloning to revision 0 then pulling change sets as described in the troubleshooting section of Getting The Code with TortoiseHG
