How to display insert/edit image dialog?

How to display insert/edit image dialog?

hai all

I am working on mojoportal sites, i want to show the insert\edit image dialog when a button is clicked. This dialog is used in the html editor control when a insert image button is clicked on html content feature. I searched entire solution but i can find the file browser control only. Can anyone tell how to add this ?
