Customizing Fckeditor

I am trying to customize the FCKeditor of mysite.

I know its bad practice but I want to display the Font Color, Font Size and Font Face on the editor.

I edited  the mojofckconfig.js and rename it as Mymojofckconfig.js  and change this also

<add key="FCKeditor:CustomConfigPath" value="~/ClientScript/mojofckconfig.js" />

I try to edit the content of the js file and hide some codes but my changes did not reflect.

I also try editing the file inside /ClientScript/fckeditor266/fckconfig.js  and /ClientScript/fckeditor266/fckeditor.js

Am I editing the correct js file?
