Actually, what you want to translate is GalleryMetaData.xsl, maybe thats what you meant.

The gallery stores the exif data in the db as xml which is transformed to html using the GalleryMetaData.xsl file.  I would have to use different code to take advantage of the culture.config file but there would be no advantage of changing since the GalleryMetaData.xsl file is just as easy to edit as the culture file.

I do need to make a list of all the files that need to be translated for localization and document it better in the documentation section
