Hello !
I'm going to change domain from masterskaya-tanca.spb.ru to masterskaya-tanca.ru. (And also I've registered cirillic domain мастерская-танца.рф)
Currently I've added aliases in the hosting and it started working.
What should I do then to implement it correctly ?

It should not be a problem at all since the url structure is the same ie both are root level urls. If you are physically moving it to a different server you should review this article.
