After creating a new HTML content item, I try to edit the article and I get:
Sorry, you are not allowed to view this content. If you have questions about your permissions, please contact a site administrator. Either you are not currently logged in, or you do not have access to this page within the site. Please contact the site administrator to obtain access.
The site has one user who is the administrator. Is this some permissions error or is something else going on here?

can you upgrade to the latest version and see if the problem persists?
