You are right I had not noticed this before, but it is easy to solve. I will fix it for the next release but you can fix it now in your copy by editing the file:

/ClientScript/ckeditor-mojoconfig.js

where you see 'JustifyFull' change it to 'JustifyBlock'

then you may need to clear your browser cache.
