How to upgrade form wizard pro to 0.0.2.3 version

Below given is the statement in the latest release notes

'Users who have purchased  Form Wizard Pro, should upgrade at the same time to the new version of Form Wizard Pro 0.0.2.3'

How do we get the new version of Form Wizard Pro 0.0.2.3 from the existing Form Wizard pro? Is there a link or some thing?
