Blog Module: Disable feedback setting

Blog Module: Disable feedback setting

There should be an option to disable feedback in the blog module.

I can easily add a global one to the module to disable it, I'll do that soon as it will only take a few minutes to implement using a module setting.

I'd like also the ability to turn it off on a post by post basis so it could be disabled on older posts, but that will have to wait a while.

The option to disable comments for a blog is now in svn branches/2.x. (Only a module instance setting right now later I will implement it on a post basis)

Also improved the spam blocker to use a simple math question.
