missing resource strings

Where is "Use Heading for Title?" resource string  used on Contact form settings?

Where is "Enable Scroller?" resource string used on RSS settings?

Where is "CustomCssClassSetting" resource string used on newsletter signup form settings?

Where is "XmlModuleXmlSourceSetting" resource string used on xml/xsl settings? BTW: Why is this feature missing settings link on a shown page?

Re: Use Heading for Title? string

Use Heading for Title is no longer used, it was used briefly but has been removed form the source code repository and was never used in an official release.

Enable Scroller comes from the App_GlobalResources/FeedResources.resx file in the mojoPortal.Features.UI project.

CustomCssClassSetting comes form App_GlobalResources/Resource.resx in the main web project.

Xml resources come from the App_GlobalResources/XmlResources.resx file in the mojoPortal.Features.UI project.

I think the reason I disabled the settings link is because it only has 2 settings and they are configured from the edit page so showing them in the settings would be duplicate. But really I can think of a better way to do that now, it is a really old feature that has not had much attention in a while. I will look into changing that.

Re: Use Heading for Title? string

Thank you Joe for this and all other answers!
Remark about xml feature came from the fact that I was testing translation and was adding features and showing their settings. xml feature was the only one different so I asked.
