It would be really nice to be able to assign notification to each calendar.  That way certain people are notified that a calendar was modified and what changes were made. 

Another really nice feature would be the option to export calendar data to a CSV or spreadsheet format.  This would come in handy for attendance calendars so you can easily sort and perform arithmetic on the data.
