How difficult would it be to allow sharing of modules between multiple sites. For example I have a public site and a secure site that is fully SSL with some modules that should be shared. The reason we split the sites is to reduce clutter(i.e. public pages do not show up in menu on secure site) and enforce SSL(site wide SSL for secure site and no SSL for public site).

Having two entries in the PageModules table allows the module to show up across both sites but the module does not show up in the ContentManager for both sites. Perhaps allowing a module to belong to multiple SiteIDs?

This opens up other points of discussion:

 -Sharing a subset of users between sites?

 -Sharing a subset of roles between sites?

 -Sharing pages between sites?

This use case is probably not very common but offering this capability would make mojoportal more flexible.
