It uses the AjaxControlToolkit editor which is very limited. The main reason I used it there is because it works easily inside Ajax UpdatePanel where it much more difficult to use the other editors. You could use this editor in other places, it is commented out in the mojoEditor.config file but if uncommented it will show up as an editor choice. But it does not support uploads, file browsing, etc (and probably never will) and also has some limitations in non IE browsers, therefore I don't recommend it for general use.
