jQuery effects for Tabs

jQuery effects for Tabs

Hi there,

as mojo does not support it in it´s actual release....

Here´s a litle workaround on how to get effects for tabs.

You have to add this to your masterpage

function load(){
Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManager.getInstance().add_endRequest(LoadTabs);
}

function LoadTabs(){

$('div.mojo-tabs').tabs({ fx: { opacity: 'toggle', duration: 'fast'} });

}

Hi Tim,

Very good suggestion, I like this idea of making it possible to configure properties for the tabs and accordions. The transition effects make it really nice. I will add properties on the <portal:ScriptLoader for the next release to allow you to set properties like this:

<portal:ScriptLoader ... JQueryTabConfig="{fx:{opacity:'toggle',duration:'fast'}}" JQueryAccordionConfig="{fx:{opacity:'toggle',duration:'fast'}}" ...
