Mojoresource manager tool source code

I still have this code in a local copy, it was easier when we used an svn repository to keep that in a separate folder from mojoPortal but I don't really want to add it to the mojoPortal mercurial repository.

I will create a new project on Codeplex soon for this and would welcome help to improve it. I think it really has potential but still needs work to be able to easily add new languages.

In the meantime I will email you a .zip file of the current code.
