Index pages with PDF file containing gujarati (Indian Language) text and offer search capability

Hi,

I am developing a website for a non-profit organization using MojoPortal. There are several PDF files containing gujarati (an Indian language) text. Now, I want to index them in such a way so that it has proper linkage and offers search capability within Gujarati/English.

These documents contain mix text (Gujarati and Hindi) as well as mainly material related to cancer research using Ayurvedic medications.

Any idea, how it can be implemented and by using what tools/technologies.
