Adding Custom Css Classes in MCE Editor Image Editor Class Dropdown

I have been looking around the configs and haven't seen anything related to css class options for the MCE editor's Image Editor.

It comes with the default "Float Panel"

I would like to add a few css classes so my users don't need to remember them page to page.

Any idea the best way to do this?
