The blog has a "Page Meta Data" tab where you can enter a meta description and keywords for a post. However, keywords are ignored these days by search engines because they have been abused so much that they no longer have meaning.

You could create a list of related posts manually in the blog post if you wanted to. In the future after we build the new tagging system then we might be able to show related posts automatically based on tags.
