Content Style Template issue

Hi all

Weird one; we've added a content style template as follows:

Element: ul
Class: contentList

which is fine - however when using TinyMCE the class is applied not to the ul but to the child li elements within. When we use any other editor it applies the class to the ul as intended.

Any thoughts?

Thanks
Mark

Re: Content Style Template issue

My only suggestions at the moment

  1. use a different editor if that is a big problem
  2. try using a content template instead of a style template, ie create a content template with a ul that has the class and a few placeholder li elements that can be edited.

Hope it helps,

Joe

Re: Content Style Template issue

Thanks Joe, option 2 is a workable one - just thought it worth raising as a teeny bug if it turned out it wasn't anything we're doing wrong.

Thanks again.

Re: Content Style Template issue

I suspect that it is just a behavior of TinyMCE and not easy to solve. I think the content template will be easier for end users to use anyway in this case.

I will log this into my tracker and may look into it at some point.

Best,

Joe
