I've checked that there is a tick to send comment notification and email address is there in Blog settings now but still nothing is coming.
I can recieve email notification from Contact Us form.
Thanks,
Alexander

No, it would not be related to that error which is about indexing content into the search index. You may need to rebuild your search index and also check folder permissions on the index folder.
Or you havent filled the authors email field ?
