Keep item selected in list when moving them

Keep item selected in list when moving them

In the "Add/Edit Pages" module and the page layout it would be more user friendly if the item you selected stays selected after clicking one of the arrow buttons. Ideally the user should be able to drag and drop items in the list box but that would be a "nice to have".

I've also been thinking about a nice ajaxy drag and drop thingy I would like to implement for this, but near term I will look at making it keep its selection, that should be easy enough.

The keep selected feature is implemented in svn and will be in the next release.
