Export Members List

Is there any way to export the Members List into a XLS or CSV file?  Or is the best way to run a back-end query against the SQL tables and spit the results out into CSV?

Re: Export Members List

There is not a feature in mojoportal to do this but most database platforms provide tools for importing and exporting data to various formats. There are ways of doing it with SQL Server Management Studio.

Re: Export Members List

Joe-

Is there any way that we could contract with you, and have you write a custom report?

Re: Export Members List

Hi Kent,

This is a trivial task, not the kind of thing where my skills are needed.

If you have SQL Server Management Studio, just right click your database and choose Tasks > Export Data, it will launch a wizard to help you export data, you can export to Excel or flatfile (csv, delimited etc) and a variety of other data formats.

I'm sure there are lots of tutorials on the web about how to export data from SQL Server.

Hope it helps,

Joe
