Open new page in the same page

Hello!

I have created a page "list.ascx" that list a lot os posts from a SQL database and that works great!
In that list I want to link to a new page that gives details about the post eg

<a href="MyCustomModules/Detail.ascx?AccountID=<% = Responsibledr("accountid") %>"><% = Responsibledr("name") %></a>

But when I click on that link I get

"The type of page you have requested does not deal with because it has been banned. The file name. Ascx may be incorrect. Make sure that the spelling in the URL below is correct. Requested URL: /MyCustomModules/VisitsAccountDetail.ascx"
