Localizable on user?

Localizable on user?

Hi,

I have read Localizing mojoPortal  your sugestion is to have one site for each language. Does this mean that its not possible to force 1 site in to a specific language based on the current user? I Suppose that there is no possibility to have for example 5 different language of a News post within the same site and only showing the one that marches the current user language?
