Hi Joe,

Could you please make the following minor change to the XML and HTML Fragement content types:

XML Settings
- XML Data URL or File
- XML Transformation URL or File

Html Fragment Include Settings
- Html Fragment File or URL

Currently they both only allow FILE, but it would be very handy if they could include a URL. Not a big change.
