I have just installed the new 2.3.4.5 version and I have troubles with the new feature of agreement check box in registration form.
Instead of appearing in Italian, it remains in English. The same for the warning 'You must agree to the terms of use.'.
How to do?

It comes from a resource file, it has not yet been translated for Italian so it falls back to English. It will be translated for the next release, after each release Diego Mora always sends me an updated Italian resource.

If it is sufficient to edit a resx file, can I know which is the resx file and labels, please? If it is so easy, I would like personalize the message in my installation.

The key is TermsOfUseWarning
Italian resources file should be Resource.it.resx.
