I often create a new content that needs to be published in several pages, in the same position, but not in all of the site. Now days I have to go to the content manager and publish the content in all needed pages one by one. In the beginning it was no big deal, but as the site grows it becoming a time consuming process.

The "batch publishing" idea is having a check box in front of every page in the content manager and have one group of fields for choosing the column and the order.

A second approach could be that when you click on the check mark for adding you get the current field for publishing and also the check marks in the other pages that is not published as "also publish in". This could be also an implementation for a "batch removing feature" when you click the remove icon.
