Feeds Manager

Hi!

I was wondering if there is a way to include an image with the link when using the Feeds Manager?

I have a blog set up on my site and under the 'Excerpt' section I have a thumbnail image, but it does not show up in the feed...just the Title and any text in the excerpt section. I have checked marked to include excerpt under settings for the feed.

I was reading online that it is possible with this kind of setup in an xml file:

<image>
<url>http://www.w3schools.com/images/logo.gif</url>
<title>W3Schools.com</title>
<link>http://www.w3schools.com</link>
</image>

But, I am not sure how to get it working or if this option is currently available.

In Feed Manager settings, check the box for "Allow External Images"

However, it will only work if you are not using "Use Excerpt" in the feed manager settings. You don't need to use this in Feed Manager settings if the blog settings is using Excerpts for the feed.
