Thanks Squire Dude

How to make WebStore active?

Windows Server, MS-SQL DB, mojoportal-2-3-4-3-mssql-deploymentfiles

I have successfully got the portal up and running except for a couple of items.

WebStore...

I have added 3 items to the store (.ZIP files) but the store is acting like it NOT open (closed)?  When I clicked on the page it displays a title of "Ships Chandlery", then a "Cart" link, then lower down it says "Product List"... then nothing.  No products were listedd at all.

I checked the Stgore Settings Page then the Open/Closed tab and teh checkbox at the bottom for IsClosed is UNchecked.

Anyone got any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Re: How to make WebStore active?

Hi,

You have to configure offers for your products before they will show up in the Store for people to purchase. You can read more about this here: http://www.mojoportal.com/e-commercesolution.aspx#howtouse.

HTH,
Joe D.
