Setting defualt file folder of all users to "/WebSite/Data/Sits/1/".

Setting defualt file folder of all users to "/WebSite/Data/Sits/1/".

Hi,

We have created a folder named "Downloads" in the "/WebSite/Data/Sites/1/" folder. This Dowloands folder contains all documents which can be access or throught out the entire site. Each department also repsonsible to maintain their own section of the site.

The problem is "/WebSite/Data/Sites/1/"  is default to only Administrators or Content Administrators. Everybody else defaulf file folder is ""/WebSite/Data/Sites/1/Media". Appearingly, we don't want to give everybody either Administrators or Content Administrators right. What's the best way to let all the editors' default file folder location to ""/WebSite/Data/Sites/1/"?
