New Pages not Created

When posting in this forum, please try to provide as many relevant details as possible. Particularly the following:

  • What operating system were you running when the bug appeared?
  • What database platform is your site using?
  • What version of mojoPortal are you running?
  • What version of .NET do you use?
  • What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results.

You may also want to review the installation or upgrading documentation.

New Pages not Created

I have a real problem with new pages not actually showing up on the menu.

I see them in the mp_Pages table of the database but nothing shows.

Hi Desirea,

That happens if file system permissions are not correct because we touch files to clear the cache, if the files cannot be modified it fails to clear the cache.

If you moved a site from one machine to another you may need to delete all the files from /Data/systemfiles and /Data/Sites/[SiteID]/systemfiles
