Can I configure a page so it is only a menu entry?  I'd like to have a root menu entry with no content and no option to navigate to it, forcing the user to select one of its children for navigation.

Is this possible?

If not I'll just make a page with the child page sitemap thingy, but thought it would be nice to avoid the two-step navigation workflow that would imply
