This is very strange
I saw the behaviour of your website with intensedebate comments it is right.
The comments starts after the end of the post, as in here: http://www.mojoportal.com/triad-communications-our-newest-consulting-partner.aspx
But, in my blog, i get after the end of the sidebar, as in here: http://www.dandandin.it/nuova-skin.aspx
Of course, I did not edit blogviewcontrol.ascx
In my styleblog.css I have this:
.blogcommentservice { width:680px; vertical-align:top; float:left; }
you may need something similar.
