When posting in this forum, please try to provide as many relevant details as possible. Particularly the following:

  • What operating system were you running when the bug appeared?
  • What database platform is your site using?
  • What version of mojoPortal are you running?
  • What version of .NET do you use?
  • What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results.

You may also want to review the installation or upgrading documentation.

Update problems

I'm trying to updata my site to mojoportal version 2-3-3-9.

and i uploaded the new datalayer files to the site.

but i'm getting this when i run the setup site.

Hi,

You only uploaded the dlls right?

You need to copy the contents of the /Setup folder from the MySql package into the /Setup folder of your site then visit the setup page again. In the past we included the MySql scripts in the main package, but we no longer do this to reduce the size of the main package, so now you have to upload the dlls and the /Setup folder to get the upgrade scripts.
