Edit forum messages

It would be very nice to have an opportunity to edit/delete forum messages.

This is already implemented. the author can click the pencil on his post and edit it. As site Admin I can also edit your posts. Do you not see a pencil on your previous posts?

After updating to the latest version of the portal, disappeared links editing messages of forum. Where are they?

You probably updated from a version older than 2.3.4.1 so you more than likely missed the skinning information that was included in that update. Take a look here: http://www.mojoportal.com/mojoportal-2341-released.aspx.
