Profile fields not saving

What operating system were you running when the bug appeared?
What database platform is your site using?
What version of mojoPortal are you running?
What version of .NET do you use?
What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results.

Profile fields not saving

Under user profile avatar and Time Offset fields are not saved after an Update button is pressed.

The time offset bug has apparently been there a long time. I'm not sure the avatar bug was in the last release, it may have been introduced recently in svn, because avatar selection has always worked on this site in the past. Both are now fixed in svn. Now I need to update this site from svn again, maybe later today.

However, I don't think the actual use of timeoffsethours has been implemented anywhere. Now that it is implemented on the user we can probably use this in a few places to adjust the displayed time for forum posts and such.
