Question about resource files:

I copied subscribe.ascx to my own project so as not to fork the code when customising it. I then copied the app_globalresources folder to my project.

I was getting an error about the namespace being ambigious on the resource file, I couldnt see how to change the namespace in my own project or how to just point it at the mojoportal.web project.

What i eventually had to do was create my own resource file, copy the contents of resource into my own, then in subscribe.ascx just rename them all references for example resource.NewsletterEmailWatermark to  BBnewsletter.NewsletterEmailWatermark  BBnewsletter being my own resource file.

I can get around the issue, but thought i'd ask if have had any similar experiences?
