I know that the mojoportal does not use LINQ. But some developers use LINQ. I think that should include the following lines to the file Web.config. This will allow each time after the upgrade does not correct this file.
in the section <assemblies> <add assembly="System.Data.Linq, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=B77A5C561934E089" />
