Hi, Joe

Could you make comments to blog entries appear only after check of the blog administrator?

I understand that I can turn on "Require Authentication For Comments" , but even registered users can write a comment which contains rude expressions.

And one more request about the blog comment. Change the name 'URL' to 'URL/e-mail' that would be unauthorized users can enter their e-mail address

I think need to memorize IP address to the user who wrote a comment (for BannedIPAddresses)

IP Address is included in comment notification so you can ban it if the comment is not appropriate. There will be no improvements to the current Blog comment system, as mentioned on the Road Map, a new Comment Sub System will be implemented so it can be used in multiple features and then the current Blog Comment system will be replaced by the new one.
