make the user name in memberlist a link to ManageUsers

Hello,

The usual way of working with the memberlist page is locate a user in the list and then localte  one of the links on the right to click (ProfileView or ManageUsers).

If you make the username a link to one of these pages (ManageUsers maybe is the best option), the "workflow" will be much more fluid.
