Does mojoPortal suport multiple skins on one site: one skin for one page, second skin for second page, ... ?

Yes, go to Administration Menu -> Site Settings and check "Allow Setting Skin for Page" option. So you have a skin option in page settings page.

I have one more question: does mojoPortal suport pagеing for pages... for example if I have 5 articles on one page when add the sixth article I need to have link "Next" at the botom of page...
The paging is feature for multi items features for example blog and forum and feed manager and currently these feature have paging feature.
